DAMON PAINE

 

With over 10 years in the Security Industry Damon has received a wealth of experience working within Australia and abroad. Damon is an internationally trained and qualified personal protection officer, providing expert security detail to high profile clients, overseeing security issues, handling industry specific equipment and implementing security plans and practices. Damon has managed national contracts as the Assistant Security Coordinator with the world famous Cirque Du Soleil productions, Varekai and Quidam. Additionally, Damon also has experience on overseas deployments in New Zealand, Southeast Asia the UK, USA, Central America, the Bahamas and Europe. During Damon’s time in the UK he  completed his Close Protection officer certification SAI License UK, with Katana Specialist Security and Counter Threat Group.

Damon has also worked and trained in Thailand with G9 Tactical Pty Ltd: specialising in hostile environment personal security detachments, including weapons training, tactics, IED’s, convoy driving and handling emergency situations. Within Australia Damon has gained experience working in Corporate Security, as a member of the Australian Army and supervising visits by the Saudi Arabian and Dubai Royal families, as well as 'A' list celebrities and international touring musical groups. Damon also specializes in Event Security Management, planning and can help with all your event needs.

MARK WILLIAMS

Having gained a large amount of experience working in the safety and security industry over the last 10 years, with over six years experience as Assistant Manager of Safety and Security at Palazzo Versace, a leading 6 star Hotel located on the Gold Coast Australia.

Within this time managing at Sunland Groups, Palazzo Versace Mark also received the extra responsibility of Security Manager for two more landmark developments of Sunland. In August 2005, Mark was appointed pre-opening Security Manager of the  worlds tallest residential tower, Q1 Resort and Spa. Duties included implementing security procedures for the iconic residential property and security screening for the public observation deck. In June 2006, Mark was again appointed as pre-opening Security Manager of yet another landmark property, Circle on Cavill. With a large retail area of 50 Tenancies and 600 residential apartments placed in the heart of Surfers Paradise.

During the years working for Palazzo Versace, Mark has received a wealth of experience working for A list international film celebrities, musicians and Middle Eastern Royal families from Saudi Arabia, Dubai and Qatar. Mark prides himself on a great understanding of Middle Eastern culture and customs, having worked directly for the UAE Vice President with travel plans and security requirements.

Since moving on from Sunland Group, Mark has continued to work with VIP’s on a full time bases providing Personal Protection to some of the biggest names to visit Australia.
